Provide a metal stem thermometer to be provided and used to assure attainment and maintenance of proper internal cooking, holding or refrigeration temperatures of all potentially hazardous foods. Scale must show at least 0°F - 220°F [750.230] Next Inspection
10  Observed the ice scoop used at the ice machine in the dry storage area to be improperly stored--the scoop was stored on an unclean surface. Provide for all ice scoops to be stored either clean and dry, or in the ice with the handle up and ou [750.290]. Immediate/Onsite
